6. Money will not reflect in the accounts of learning institutions
7. The Heads of institutions will not access the monies paid by eCitizen mode, hence cannot be able to buy food for the institutions
8. Parents and guardians who pay school fees in kind by either; supplying firewood, maize, beans, vegetables and working in learning institutions will be affected
9. Cheques for bursaries from CDF are brought in the institutions accounts and will be affected.

1. School fees payment by eCitizen will boost transparency and accountability, lacking in learning institutions
2. It is a straight forward transaction.This will enable the government to easily track the money and make it easier to audit.
3. The money will get to learning institutions accounts without any delay. This is because of the advanced technology in Kenya.
4. Illegal levies in learning institutions will be eliminated.
5.Abuse on cash payments to schools will be minimised and brought to an end.
